HISTORY
Natasha’s life was never easy. She grew up on the wrong side of the tracks and her dad left when she was six years old At the age of six when she realized that her father had gone Natasha caused all the appliances in the house to go off simultaneously and fry the wiring in the house.[/BLOCKQUOTE]
Her mother panicked and did her best to raise the child but she too had abilities that she used to go hunting late at night when her daughter was fast asleep. Determined to not drag her daughter into the hunter’s lifestyle she claimed she was working late at the office a lot. This became a routine and Natasha began to learn how to get by on her own, never knowing that the supernatural world existed.
Shortly after that she met Axel and they began an intensely passionate, but casual friends with benefits thing. Neither one was keen on the happy ever after schtick after all, so it made sense that when they got the urge they hooked up and then saw other people. No way was Natasha going to be caught in marriage like her mother had been with her dad.
After a heated argument with her mother about her involvement with one of the local bikers clubs she stormed off and tried to calm down. Deciding to hang out at the bikers club she’d secretly joined. What she didn’t know was that her mother went to look for her and was killed when her car was hit by a drunk driver. After getting arrested for petty theft she was lead in handcuffs to identify her mother’s body before being placed in a cell to be arraigned. This hardened her even as internally she crumbled. She stopped caring about what others thought and while she got good grades in school and learned to make computers her bitch at night she would prowl the streets looking for a rush to make the pain go away. She didn’t care wether it was staking a vamp or getting high, it made her feel better.
As her life grew more chaotic she ran into Axel again who was going through his pwn personal hell. Grudgingly she agreed to move in with him and start cleaning up because she realized her friend was more messed up than she was and with good reason. So, for once in her life Nat decided to care for someone other than herself and let them in.
This has caused her a great deal of internal struggle which periodically has caused her to backslide and go back to her old adrenalin fueled lifestyle of sex and drugs. With all that she saw in San Francisco, Natasha managed to clean her life up and has become an employee of the Seraphim Foundation to help find missing and exploited children. She also assists with field work from time to time as needed and mentors troubled gifted teenagers that the Foundation finds on the streets.
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
I want her to offer a little challenge to the idea of right and wrong. She will hopefully teach Axel the balance of responsibility and fun even as he helps her get over her drug problem. That being said she is no push over and will probably fight tooth and nail to cling to her old ways. Eventually though she will clean up and get her act together as she realizes there is a bigger world out there and killing vamps isn’t just for fun its good for humanity too. When she finds out that Axel is alive there is going to be one hell of a reunion in the meantime she is going to mentor Raygan and teach her about her abilities while Raygan gets to know her new family.[/BLOCKQUOTE]
